By appointment only. We are an appointment-only spa and do not accept walk-ins. Male guests are welcome on recommendation from an existing guest.

When booking online we require a non refundable 20% deposit to secure your booking which will be redeemed against the future appointment.
We require 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this time will result in a 100% charge of the total appointment fee.

New clients will need to come with ‘naked’ nails. We do not remove other peoples work.
